The Shops at Park Village was redeveloped by WC Smith and includes Giant Food, IHOP, Subway, Pizza Boli's and Chipotle Mexican Grill.  The center is 1/2-mile from the Congress Heights Metro Station and in close proximity to the new US Coast Guard headquarters which includes 1.2 million square feet of office space and 4,000 employees. The Shops at Park Village neighbors St. Elizabeths East campus’ 180-acre residential, retail and office project and is bordered by Skyland Town Center’s 18.5 acre residential and retail project.
